Creating a Safe Container

Back to main page

To create safety for the constellation’s client or within a constellations group or workshop, there should be certain agreements and boundaries. These include:

  1. Confidentiality
  2. After a constellation, no more representative information is given. This requires containing the impulse to share information and leaving the representation behind. This allows the autonomous transformation process to happen without now reintroducing or returning to the constellation and therefore the original problem story. Being a ‘clean representative’ requires giving back the representation as it does not belong to you.
