Peer group

2024725 words

Starting a peer group for family constellations can be a powerful way to build a community of learning, support, and healing. Here are some guidelines to get started:

1. Define the Purpose

2. Set Group Agreements

3. Establish a Structure

4. Choose a Format

5. Define Group Size

6. Space and Logistics

7. Encourage Personal Responsibility

8. Continuous Learning

9. Feedback and Evolution

10. Inclusivity

Starting with these principles, you'll have a strong foundation for a peer group focused on growth, learning, and shared healing through family constellations. Would you like to integrate any specific exercises or techniques into the group?

I really like these guidelines. I am interested in hosting/co-hosting a peer group. My best days are Saturdays and some evenings (EST). I think the "off" Saturday from when Erik does the letters could work for some. This group meets at 11:00 am EST. Since I have a full time job, I'm not available during the week from 9 -6 pm. If there are any people in the Eastern or Western US, I can also commit to Monday or Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm EST. I had some trouble figuring out the time calendar so since it's such a small group, I don't mind sorting things out case by case if you let me know some of your preferred days/times through What's App. Yvonne
